It´s Comics Titan Tuesday with Alan Davis !

I know that you probably expected the second part of my homage to comic master Jordi Bernet and that Alan Davis´ birthday was on Monday - last week. But I have been busy with last minute changes to my comic and I already selected the pictures for this even if it was too late to write it.

Yes, there were still things I had to change and things I would like to add to my comic book. I know that I said it´s finished but it´s not finished finished. I had to write the intro and credits page and do the last page one more time because what was supposed to be the back cover is now in the bonus section and another page from inside is now the back cover. So I had to redo that, I redid the cover because now it´s supposed to be in color and according to my brother I should do all pages in color anyway.

So what was supposed to be a quick black and white done in one comic book to peddle at this year´s International Comic Salon in Erlangen is now a neverending work in progress and since we didn´t get a table at Comic Con Stuttgart I have no idea how I´m going to sell it. If I have something to sell at Comic Con Stuttgart. Naturally the printer also needs a few days so it looks like if I want to have some product I have to go to Ludwigsburg Tomorrow and see if I can make a few copies myself at the copy shop.

Anyway, enough of my troubles of getting back into the comic business. The reasons why I decided to make a post about Alan Davis although I missed his birthday are that he´s one of my favorite artists and I have to do something with all the Alan Davis artwork I´m hoarding on my laptop.

The last few decades it has been difficult to follow the artist Alan Davis because he never stays long on a book anymore but since I don´t know if that´s because Marvel doesn´t want him on high profile books or doesn´t want any artist too long on any of their books because they could gain too much influence or if he does not want a regular gig because of all the SJW stuff happening with Disney. The last thing I bought was Jim Starlin´s THE INFINITY SIBLINGS and the art was very lackluster. Again, I have no idea if that is because he was not very excited for the project or if it was a rush job. In any case, Alan Davis is one of the artists who somehow never made it into the top spots and people tend to forget how good he can be.

And let me tell you, as somebody who is trying to draw comics again the last thing you want to do is look at his art. I have problems fitting things into a page with five panels and he does seven or eight panels per page, tilted panels and fits incredible amount of detail into the tiniest spaces.

It´s unbelievable. Last week I was going through my AVENGERS trades by John Buscema and I was blown away how many things he fits into the page. There is a sequence with the Black Knight and Janet Van Dyne that is incredible. Even though the Wasp is very small in those panels the composition is spot on as well as her poses. Daimn, John Buscema really drew the sexiest women in comics and his Wasp was one of my favorites.

Of course I could not come close to this kind of brilliance but even taking it only as an inspiration I drew one of the best pages in my comic book.

Anyway, back to Alan Davis, last year and the year before I did posts about EXCALIBUR ( by the way, for all my readers in Germany, right now you can get the Epic Collection EXCALIBUR : THE CROSS - TIME CAPER for only 25 Euros through amazon Germany ) and I have enough material for another EXCALIBUR post but this year I want to have a little diversity. If we can´t get that at Marvel at least we can have it here. So here are the best art pieces by Alan Davis I could find and I even managed to find some colored version for most of them. Which was a herculean task in and of itself. A lot of this is about the X - MEN and even when he was not that thrilled to work on the titles his pages are unbelievable. But now sit back and enjoy.

After so many posts about Alan Davis it´s a miracle that I still have some links for the guy left to post but THE REAL GENTLEMEN OF LEISURE x - amine Excalibur 48, SINISTER URGE has a review of the first volume of Legends of the Dark Knight : Alan Davis ( are there plans for a second volume of this at DC ? ) and I probably posted this before but you can find a plethora of Alan Davis art pieces on the GOSH YES ALAN DAVIS tumblr .

LIKE A CERTIFIED PRO IF YOU A COSPLAY GIRL LET ME SEE YOU GET LOW

Now I usually don´t make announcements in regards to my next posts because even if I intend to do certain posts it doesn´t always work out.

But I have decided to make an exception. As longtime readers of this blog know I like to switch things up with my posts so the next post will not be about comics at all and instead be about cosplay. And as surprising as it may be it will not be about Yaya Han about whom I am slightly obsessed.

In 2016 I finally managed to do another post about Darick Robertson in which I mentioned the BREAKDOWNS storyline that introduced Power Girl´s famous coconut bra costume. And I just want to say that I still have not given up on a Yaya Han Power Girl coconut bra cosplay ( with the tiniest coconut shells you can find although compared to her huge 40D oppai all coconut shells probably look small no matter how big they are ) as she has already shown that she does a terrific Power Girl cosplay and she certainly has no problem filling out the magical cleavage window.

So far I had written five posts on Yaya - two of them are pretty safe but the other three are absolutely not safe for work - and I keep mentioning her on various JLA casting posts and any other posts involving asian sexbombs like Kiana Tom, Ava Cadell, Akira Lane, Miko Lee, Gail Kim or Minka and I swear the completely NSFW BIG YAYA HAN POST is still in the pipeline. In the meantime I have made two new posts about Yaya which showcases a part of her anatomy that I have ignored too often - her legs.

One reason why Miko Lee kept popping up in the posts about Yaya Han is that I needed a body double for Yaya´s more explicit scenes I had in mind.

Which is not ideal since Yaya Han has a 40D bust and Miko Lee is nowhere near in that league. Thankfully it looks like hasian talk show host Jeannie Mai is auditioning for the part and while she also is a bit smaller than Yaya in the chest area she does have an impressive skill set. I am convinced.

This hot sexbomb is of vietnamese descend and even though she is " only " a 37C and not a 40D like Yaya Han I think she could be a body double for those explicit scenes. At least it would be fun to put her body to the test on the casting couch. I have finally found some episodes of Snoop Dogg presents The Joker´s Wild and hot daimn, Jeannie Mai is spectacular !

And there just has to be a way how we can get Yaya Han to wear the same outfit as Akira Lane here. Can you imagine Yaya Han´s king sized XXL breasts with the areolas of the nipples being totally visible in that mesh shirt and her naked butt only covered by a tiny string of dental floss ?

Coming back to my next post in a way it IS about Yaya Han although she will not be the main focus. Sounds very complicated but it is quite simple.

You see ever since Yaya Han became famous for being the number one cosplayer of the planet there have been a lot of people criticizing her and a lot of nasty comments were going in the way that she only secured her premier position because of her giant porn boob implants. While I won´t deny that it is a big reason why I am such a big fan of her I don´t think that she would have gotten where she is Today only with her 40D oppai.

She also is dedicated, works hard, is constantly out there and pimping her stuff and creating goodwill for cosplay. And her cosplays are flawless. She is at the top of her game. But still most of the comments are about her boobs. So I decided to make one post with other very busty cosplayers.

Some of whom have probably bigger breasts than Yaya Han. I mean, what else am I going to do with all the pictures of these bigbreasted cosplay sexbombs ? So I narrowed it down to 23 pictures which was very hard.

No pun intended. And I doubt that you know more than five of them by name. Which proves my point that you don´t get famous as a cosplayer with big boobs alone. Sure, it helps, and as far as I could find out women with big breasts are happier than women with small breasts but you also need the cosplaying skills to back them up ( again - no pun intended ).

Until then ( who knows when I can get to that now that most of my time is spent of working on my next comic ) please check out Kyatto´s Black Cat cosplay and Mariedoll´s Velma Dinkley cosplay on GEEK X GIRLS.

From all the stuff Yaya Han did the one thing I could never find was the Archangel webseries ( no relation to the X - Men member of the same name ) so when I finally found something I had to post it right away. I have chosen part 3 ( which is the last one I think ) because it is the longest and has the most Yaya Han in it but you can click here for part 1 and part 2 .

VIEL RAUCH UM SIBYLLE ( SORRY, IT LOSES A LOT IN TRANSLATION )

We continue this post with the birthday rundown and as usual we start with the ones I missed since my last post. Which means we are staying on the subject of women with exceptionally large breasts as german Power Girl Sibylle Busenwunder Rauch celebrated her 58th birthday on June the 14th who was one of the biggest ( 38D ! ) erotic actresses back in the day.

Sibylle played in a lot of the erotic movies that swept Germany in the 80s but her most famous roles were in the israeli series of erotic comedies EIS AM STIEL ( Lemon Popsicle in english ) that were among the most watched movies in Germany at that time. The movies follow a trio of friends on a quest to loose their virginity and as usual sex hijinks and breasts ensue.

Sibylle used that popularity to further her film career and start as a singer ( this was the time when megabusty singers like Sabrina Salerno, Danuta, Angela Cavagna, Fanny Cadeo or Samantha Fox became big stars thanks to the predominance of music videos ). She later became one of the most successful porn stars with one of the biggest german porn companies and her sales records breaking movie BORN TO LOVE even guest starred british porn superstar Sarah Louise Young . But Sibylle topped the success of this megaseller with SISTERS IN LOVE where her sister Sylvie Rauch appeared.

Sybille was the publisher - as well as the face and boobs - of the german HUSTLER magazine from 1992 till 1995. She did a lot of cocaine and I thought she died in 1997 but apparently she survived her suicide attempt.

Since I already posted all the good videos with Sibylle Rauch you can find on YouTube here is a music video of Danuta Lato who was quite popular in Germany because of her nude pictures in magazines like Lui and the likes.

FROM ANDERSON BEFORE NEAL TO ( ROSS ) ANDRU´S LLOYD WEBBING

Continuing with the comic related birthdays on June 15th Brent Anderson turned 63 best known for his work on Marvel´s Strikeforce : Morituri and the original graphic novel X - Men : God Loves, Man Kills ( which was the template for the second X - Men movie ), Eclipse Comics Somerset Holmes and the long running Astro City. The last series being the only one where I did a special post for Brent Anderson but you can find more about Kurt Busiek´s brilliant series under the Astro City tag and while I haven´t read any issues of Strikeforce : Morituri I hope to cover X - Men : God Loves, Man Kills one of these days. At the moment I don´t have enough good material. Anyway, is it just me or did Marvel put out the best graphic novels at that time ? It could be that it was because they did stories they did nowhere else and they also put their top creators on top projects.

We stay with June the 15th as Neal Adams celebrated his 77th birthday and I also covered him previously, in fact I did two posts on him : one about his work at DC Comics and one about his work at Marvel Comics .

The latter one disappeared because of a technical snafu but because I always copy the HTML version of every post I write I could restore it.

Rounding up the comic creator trifecta from that day is the late great Ross Andru who was the artist on Spider - Man shortly before Williams Verlag stopped publishing his adventures and in fact he was so recognizable as the main Spider - Man artist that neither Marvel nor DC could imagine anybody else drawing the first ever crossover between Marvel and DC starring Superman and the amazing Spider- Man. Or Super - Spider like he was called here because the german version of the comic was published by Ehapa Verlag and Williams Verlag still had the copyright to Spider - Man.

Speaking of Marvel´s famous wallcrawler back when reading his stories was actually fun, Ross Andru also was the artist on the issues when the Condor Verlag started publishing the Spider - Man books again in Germany. Besides that he also drew a lot of Superman issues that appeared in the german Superman / Batman issues and I did I paid homage to his covers for that magazine in a special post before at long last he got a post of his own .

For me he is one of the most underrated and underappreciated Spider - Man artists ( especially now that I am trying to draw comics myself and find myself failing miserably at all the things he did so effortlessly ) and I´m sure there will be a few more posts about his Spider - Man since I have bought two Marvel Masterworks with some of my favorite issues by him.

Since we are on the subject of favorite comic works, Shaky Kane´s 60th anniversary was on June the 18th I could not let the opportunity pass for paying my respects to one of the deranged masterminds behind The Bulletproof Coffin and The Bulletproof Coffin : Disinterred. Or maybe he IS really just a figment of our collective imagination and there is no real Shaky Kane. Be that as it may what IS most definitely a real thing are the Bulletproof Coffin comic books which longtime readers of this blog may remember me pimping as the best comic you are not reading and also the best new version of WATCHMEN without trying to be the new version of WATCHMEN. High praise indeed but I am not kidding you it´s all deserved.

I discovered this comic thanks to Terry Hooper´s fantastic blog COMIC BITS ONLINE ( which you all should follow religiously as long as it lasts ) and if I should describe it to somebody in a short sentence I would probably say it is Alan Moore and Grant Morrison going on a peyote induced trip after drinking too much tequila drawn by Jack Kirby meets Geoff Darrow with every pop culture thing you love thrown in from dinosaurs to zombies.

I know that a lot of people are put off by the art reminiscent of old pulp comics but let me tell you it does not only grow on you from issue to issue but while you read you suddenly understand why it couldn´t possibly be drawn in any other art style. This comic has my highest recommendation and if you don´t enjoy the heck out of this comic you are probably not a genuine pop culture geek and only picked up a comic because it´s trendy.

And it´s okay if you don´t believe me, but before you say " Hogwash ! " and turn your attention to other things maybe you would rather put your trust in Nevs Coleman on FILTHY ORPHAN or P. M. Buchan at STARBURST who has everything you need to know about The Bulletproof Coffin new and old in one place. JOSHUA MALBIN has a short review of the first issue of The Bullteproof Coffin with some preview pages and if you are not afraid of spoilers got to David Brothers post on COMICS ALLIANCE for the complete first issue plus some preview pages from issue 5 ( he also has a post on the special cut - up technique used in The Bulletproof Coffin : Disinterred issue 5 ) or you can read COMICS RECOMMENDED´s spoiler filled review of the first series and THE OUTHOUSERS has some preview pages from the first issue of The Bulletproof Coffin : Disinterred book.

We are making a quick stop on June the 21st for one of those strange coincidences I like to point out. Two years ago in the resurrected Neal Adams Marvel Comics post I mentioned Erica Durance´s birthday ( called En - Durance Test by her boyfriends - guess why ) and that it would be great if they brought her into the new Supergirl show and in the last season they did as bring her in as Supergirl´s Super MILF Alura Zor - El.

It is a sad truth that when you get to be my age you survive a lot of your favorite artists as is the case with Mike Wieringo whose anniversary of birth was on the 24th. Some months ago I was sorting through my laptop and made a folder just for him but I still don´t have enough material to do him justice. I did however write a special edition of Flash Friday since he was the regular artist on the title after Greg LaRouque had left the title and even after his stint at penciling the book he did the covers for a while so I always associate Mike Wieringo with Wally West, the fastest man alive.

Case in point : Yesterday two comic creators who are no longer with us would have had their anniversary - Alex Toth and Peyo - and since they both share a birthday they also shared a post in 2016 . I have to say that I read a lot more material by Peyo through his work on Natasha, Steven Strong, Johan and Peewit and his biggest success The Smurfs so he had a much bigger impact on my life ( one of the first things I learned to draw was a smurf ). Which makes it a bit strange that I still haven´t done a solo post for Peyo while I somehow assembled enough material for a black and white post for Alex Toth last year . I hope I can make a post on Peyo in the near future because we sometimes forget those comics that are not about super heroes or serious topics and are fun to read and full of imagination and fantastic adventures that can be enjoyed by kids and grown ups alike.

PUT YOUR DANCE SHOES ON, BLESSED WITH THE BODY OF THE GODDESS

After all this I thought about skipping Today´s birthdays because I covered most of them in previous post but there are three where I have something new to add. We are starting with Jenette McCurdy who turns 26. My, how time flies. I remember the time when she was the best reason for guys to watch iCarly and here she is now all grown up and in all the right places.

I don´t know if there was a latent psychic power at work, some kind of hot babe premonition sense or what but I always found her character more interesting than the main one. She always seemed to be the girl with whom hanging out would be more fun which might have something to do with the fact that the writers could be more imaginative and crazy with a supporting character than with the main lead. Whatever the reason in all the episodes I watched of iCarly I was more interested in Sam and for some reason she turned out to be much hotter than Mirande Cosgrove.

By the way, Jenette´s stunning look and booming body is in great part owed to her mixed irish, english, french, italian, dutch and swedish roots.

JUST `CAUSE WE STRIP OR DANCE GO - GO IT DOESN`T MAKE US HOES

We are staying with Hollywood and actresses born for porn as Robert Davi, who played a Bond villain in License To Kill celebrates his 67th birthday.

Robert has been in a plethora of movies and tv series from The Fall Guy to The Incredible Hulk to The Goonies, Raw Deal, Action Jackson, Die Hard and Predator 2. There also was a movie - I don´t remember the title - where he basically played the guy from Renegade : he was an ex - cop who was always unshaven and wore sunglasses and a long trenchcoat. He also had a motorbike but unlike Lorenzo Lamas he made the guy cool. I guess the only reason to watch Renegade was Lorenzo´s wife Kathleen Kinmont who could have made a fortune as a stripper with a hardbody like that.

Speaking of  stripper hardbodies, Robert Davi was also on Showgirls with Elizabeth Berkley where he played the sleazy owner of the Cheetah club.

Besides her part of Nomi Malone on Showgirls Elizabeth Berkley is also famous as Jessie Spano on Saved By The Bell and she was the student body every red blooded male wanted to tap. Sadly I didn´t watch many episodes of the show even if both she and her co - star Tiffany Amber Thiessen developed into supersexy bombshells. I remember my younger brother always watched it - they did marathons on Saturday mornings during the summer vacations in Spain - but I think I was always too busy with important stuff like reading comics or drawing superheroes or such.

I never was a big fan of the Beverly Hills, 90210 show but that quickly changed when I saw wet Tiffani Thiessen´s booming breasts in a bikini - which was a product of mother nature - and Tori Spelling´s growing boobs - which were a gift of Daddy and the best plastic surgery money could buy.

There was a special episode that got my attention in which Tori Spelling was dancing in a leather hooker outfit while shooting a rock music video.

If you can call her wild fertility inducing movements dancing. She really was just shaking her big boobs in the general direction of the camera. But that she did very effectively. I never was a big Tori Spelling fan but in that scene she really squeezed her breast into a tight leather top and just pushed them straight in your face. Now that´s what I call entertainment.

What I find a bit strange is how did such a scene get approved when her father was producing this ? Should I be concerned that Daddy dearest put it in the script or does this say more about his employees. Maybe some disgruntled writers just decided to put his boss´ daughter into a hooker outfit and let her dance for him as payback for sleeping with his wife.

" Okay, Tori, do you think you can move more like a prostitute ? And we need to make the outfit sluttier. This is supposed to be a rock video. "

Those directors got it made, they just go " Okay guys, in the next four episodes Tiffani dresses up as a prostitute. And she has to do at least one striptease and two nude sex scenes in each episode. Which is really necessary for her character. Oh yeah, and send her to my trailer for .... extreme rehearsal. We have to go over the scene ... orally. " Those horny perverts are to thank for that Tiffani was so often in bikinis on that show.

Coming back to Elizabeth Berkley she got her own cult siren post in 2016 so I finally have a post I can either link to or re - post every year which makes things easier. She is also one of my alternatives in my CASTING A JUSTICE LEAGUE MOVIE series as the evil nymphomanic twin of Supergirl.

But double jointed Elizabeth not only licks the chrome off your steelhard pole she has the all important " pumping pelvic thrust " move down to pat.

I bet that comes in handy with that portable casting couch she allegedly has and I would not mind being at the receiving end of that a few hours.

SOMETHING ABOUT MARKIE or I ALWAYS WRONG FOR THE FALL GUY

After all this you probably expected a video with at least one of the hot babes from this soap opera sexbomb trifecta but it has been too long since I posted an episode from The Fall Guy which also gives me the opportunity to mention another of my top all time tv screen crushes.

80s Power Girl Markie Post is probably the best known cult siren on the blog because not only have I done many re - posts of her original post .

I also keep mentioning her in other posts and her original post is in the Top Ten Posts widget that appears on every post. Since I have done so many different versions it is not so tragic that I did not do a re - post last year even though I did the last version of her cult siren entry in 2016 .

WHEN THE THUNDERSTRUCK or TOM DEFALCO ROCKS MY AMADEUS

It´s back to comics with our last anniversary of the day as Tom DeFalco turns 68. And while I haven´t done a specific post on him he was the writer on a lot of my favorite comic books. He wrote one of my favorite runs on Fantastic Four with Paul Ryan, my favorite run on Thor with Ron Frenz ( during which they created the New Warriors ) especially once Eric Masterson got to hold the hammer as well as on my guilty 1990s pleasure Thunderstrike. Tom also did a very enjoyable run on Spider - Man ( his first collaboration with Ron Frenz ) where he co - created Rose, Black Fox and Silver Sable ( longtime readers may remember that she placed third in my COMICBABE BATTLE SPIDERBABES FINALISTS ) and staying in the extended Spiderverse he wrote the magnificent Spider - Girl ( once again with Ron Frenz ) which ran for over 100 issues. Speaking of the Marvel Universe 2 he did the writing on a lot of those titles like Avengers Next ( yup, with Ron Frenz here too ), American Dream with Todd Nauck, Fantastic Five ( the first mini series with the aforementioned Paul Ryan, the second one with Ron Lim ), J2 - which was about the son of the Juggernaut - also with Ron Lim and last but not least Last Hero Standing  and Last Planet Standing ( both with Pat Oliffe with whom he had started Spider - Girl ). I am a huge fan of the MC2 universe as it was a ray of sunshine during a very dark time at Marvel and I enjoyed most of these books. So there are plenty of posts where I talk about him at length and there surely´ll be more in the future.

Since I already pimped one Epic Collection and I mentioned Tom De Falco´s run on Thor I have to throw in that both Thor - War of the Pantheons and Thor - In Mortal Flesh are available right now at amazon Germany for 26 Euros. For more classic mayhem in the Marvel manner like they used to say there is New Mutants - Renewals which will set you back 25 bucks, you can get Fantastic Four - All In The Family for the low price of 23 sheckels and for a measly 21 Euros you can own Wolverine - Madripoor Nights. There are of course a few more at low prices - especially the early Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko stuff but these are all collections I own and can recommend.

We also have a few links that I was saving up for my next Tom DeFalco Thor post : THE POUCH FILES has a review of Thor 428 which is a crossover with Excalibur, there is also a post about that issue on SHADOW AND FLAME WITH MAGIK and if you have never read an Marvel Comic 2 book Michael Hollan at COMIC BOOK RESOURCES has The 15 Best Things About The MC2 Universe. And for those who have missed it the last time around here´s the link to the RON FRENZ ART GALLERY ARCHIVE with plenty of great art.

I FLEX IN 25 POSITIONS BUT I ONLY WORK HERE TO PAY MY TUITION

Now whenever I mention Elizabeth Berkley, Tiffani Amber Thiessen, Tori Spelling or Showgirls I usually include a video of belly dance champion Didem Kinali or twerk wunderkind Daje Monroe but I have already posted the best ones of both and as far as I know Daje has retired. What a huge loss for humanity. Be that as it may Today I am doing things a bit different with what might be the sexiest audition from all the Got Talent shows.

Wow ! Antonina Goloseev could even teach Elizabeth Berkley a few tricks !

Nowhere else do you get such abrupt genre changes from almost x - rated dance auditions to completely safe for work kids cartoons than on this blog. But since I don´t have anything that fits any of the multitude of topics we talk about in this post - and because I talked about wholesome entertainment that can be enjoyed by kids and grown ups alike - here is another favorite cartoon show from when I was a little tyke, Lolek and Bolek with which we make the geographical jump from Romania to Poland.

I don´t know much about Blacula except that you can´t find the first one on YouTube and that this one is with Pam Grier ( who was the inspiration for the name of the female Avenger who first went by The Cat and who later became Tigra. Patsy Walker adapted the super heroine identity of Hellcat with her old discarded costume ). So I don´t know if it´s fitting but Today someone on tv said : " It´s bad taste but bad taste is fun. "
