I could have cut it entirely from the post but since it has been a year since I last had the chance to write something about Linda Blair I wanted to do it this way until I have the time to give her a proper cult siren post.
But before we get to Linda Blair there are a few other hot babes I have to mention like Leslie Easterbrook, Monique Sluyter, Becky Mullen, Samantha Phillips, Roberta Vazquez, Julie K. Smith and the obligatory Markie Post.

Since we are on the subject of blond sexbombs born for porn Lorenzo Lamas turned 61 on January the 20th and he is best known for getting beat up by the asian butler on Falcon Crest and a series that never made sense as the main character is an ex - cop, wrongly accused for the murder of his wife who hides from the law while working as a bounty hunter. By the way, if you don´t know Renegade ( how I envy you ) you should avoid it at all costs unless you´re a really big fan of Gambit or Lorenzo´s wife Kathleen Kinmont who has a porn star body and an ass that won´t quit.
Now while the show never won any awards at least the casting is very favorably stacked in regards to hot babes and aside from playmate material Kathleen Kinmont you have tv screen sirens of high caliber guest starring like hasian Kelly Hu, Leah Remini, Angie Harmon, the sexorcist Linda Blair ( to whom we will return later in this section ), babelon five Tracy Scoggins who outsexed cult siren Teri Hatcher on Lois & Clark, Fabiana Udenio, Janet Gunn and Becky Mullen whom I just mentioned five posts ago.
Besides appearing as Sally, the farmer´s daughter on the first season of Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling and various guest appearances on every major tv show ( of which her most memorable is an episode of MARRIED WITH CHILDREN opposite Pamela Anderson - see GIF above ) Becky starred in various erotic midnight movies including Sinful Intrigue where asian nympho masseur Mai Ling played by sex machine Chona Jason steals the show. With all that said german audiences know her best because she took her clothes off on Tutti Frutti . Becky´s biggest contribution to american culture however is her role in Hard Hunted and there are also two other actresses from Andy Sidaris movies who appeared on Tutti Frutti , Sandra Wild and Carolyn Liu. Becky Mullen´s post is a spin - off that used to be in one post with Janet Jones Gretzky , best known for appearing in a white swimsuit in Police Academy 5 - Assignment Miami Beach and real live Power Girl Leslie Easterbrook who had the most famous scene in Police Academy 4 - Citizens on Patrol in which she emerges from a pool in a wet t - shirt .
The post also included 80s cult siren Monique Sluyter and the Tutti Frutti girls but that part got too long and I had to give it a post of its own which I re - posted in 2016 in a new and better version . She was a candidate from my JLA movie casting series - as Fire a.k.a. Beatriz da Costa in the Andy Sidaris Special - and before getting her solo post she was regularly in all the annual re - posts of italian mega soccer MILF Simona Ventura . But the living blow up sex doll from the Netherlands was not only in PLAYBOY multiple times she also was a big factor in my obsession on blondes with giant breast like Power Girl with her impersonation of Marilyn Monroe .
Closing out the part of guest stars on Renegade there are two more names readers of this blog should have heard once or twice, the first being Bruce Penhall who also starred in many Andy Sidaris movies where dicktamers like Roberta Vasquez or Julie K. Smith rubbed their boobs all over his body.
But the second and most important is PLAYBOY´s Playmate of the Month for May 1994, Shae Marks. This hot mix of cherokee, irish and french had cameos on Married With Children, Viper and Black Scorpion but is best known for Andy Sidaris Day of the Warrior and Return to Savage Beach .

Andy Sidaris was probably THE BEST director of action movies for adults and his cast read like a WHOS´S WHO of playmates : Ava Cadell , brunette Cynthia Brimhall, Dona Speir , Pandora Peaks, Julie Strain , Samantha Phillips as well as the aforementioned Julie K. Smith to name just a few.
Well, that was a whole litany of sexy babes with a lot of links in a short space but the good thing is that you can skip that much more easily. And I didn´t even bring up Carolyn Monroe, Power Girl or 80s cult siren Markie Post and her incredible bikini scenes on The Fall Guy like I usually do.

But The Fall Guy didn´t just have 80s Power Girl Markie Post they also put blonde bombshell Heather Thomas in the show right from the beginning.
She played stunt body double ( and what a body it was ) Jody and her job was to keep the male viewers hooked by providing eye candy. She was in all episodes except for an episode in the first season. Yes, fan service is not as new as some people might want you to think and Heather Thomas mainly got the part because of her absolutely amazing bikini figure. OMG !
It took a few episodes before she could strut her stuff but once the tv guys got a taste of Heather it happened more often and the famous blue bikini scene was quickly added to the new intro of the second season.
For generations of adolescent young boys the only highlight of the week was the short moment when Heather appeared in her famous blue bikini. Like most growing teenagers I watched that show religiously but the biggest part of its appeal for me were sexbombs like Heather Thomas and Markie Post who didn´t appear as often in a bikini as I would have liked.
Well, Heather Thomas did since that was her main purpose on the show but Markie Post´s appearances in bikinis on The Fall Guy were very few .
Markie Post played bail bonds contractor Terri Michaels ( who replaced previous bail bonds contractor Samantha Jack played by Jo Ann Pflug ) beginning with Season 2 and at the beginning she played a minor role.
One of the producers must have realized what a waste it is to have somebody like Markie on the cast without letting her " show off what her Mama gave her " like they say Today and the rest is 80s tv history. Markie Post got more involved in the stories where she stole the scene from Heather Thomas as soon as she donned a bikini ( mainly in Season 3 ).
80s Power Girl Markie Post is probably the best known cult siren on the blog because not only have I done many re - posts of her original post .
I also keep mentioning her in other posts and her original post is in the Top Ten Posts widget that appears on every post. Since I have done so many different versions it is not so tragic that I did not do a re - post last year even though I did the last version of her cult siren entry in 2016 .
NOT ONLY THE STREETS WERE SAVAGE WITH SEXORCIST LINDA BLAIR
And with that we are finally at the real reason of this post, to pay tribute to Linda Blair who celebrated her 60th birthday on the 22nd of January.
She is truly a cult siren because not only was her first movie role in The Exorcist - for which she was nominated for an Academy Award and won a Golden Globe - but after a few controversial dramatic television films she established herself as a sex symbol with Roller Boogie and while her acting hadn´t developed much her body certainly had grown in the right areas.
Which she showed in numerous exploitation films like Hell Night, Chained Heat ( sometimes billed as Red Heat which led to some confusion when the Schwarzenegger movie of the same name came out ), the cult thriller Savage Streets or Savage Island. Anything with the word " savage " in it.
This combined with her blow up sex doll measurements gave her the nickname " the sexorcist " and she was a constant presence in the adult section of the video stores when I was old enough to watch these movies.
I haven´t seen all her movies but I know that the most outstanding thing from Hell Night is Linda´s cleavage in a Little Red Riding Hood costume she wears as it takes place during Halloween as so many did after the success of Halloween by John Carpenter - whom I mentioned in a recent post.
Now while Linda Blair DID get naked in quite a few of these movies like Chained Heat, where she starred with another cult siren - Sybil Danning who appeared in the Andy Sidaris cult classic Malibu Express - and where you really got your money´s worth where nudity in women´s prison films is concerned, the covers for the videos could be misleading sometimes.
For instance, on most of the covers for Savage Streets Linda Blair is depicted wearing a skintight black leather suit while in the movie she doesn´t get to wear it until the big finale and even then only for a short time. Fun trivia fact : most of the art from the australian movie poster for Savage Streets was used for the pakistani movie poster for Robo Force.
Despite the lack of leather clad Linda Blair for most of Savage Streets it is a cult classic because it delivers on everything you expect from a revenge flick and there are a lot of naked women in this one including Linda Blair.
It´s easy to see why she became such a popular star in the 80s and 90s.
Now as longtime readers of this blog know one of my pet peeves is giving credit to those brave and for the most part unsung heroines of cinema who turn insufferable dreck into bearable entertainment by taking their clothes off or at least show what their Mama gave them and who don´t get enough recognition for that. So I have to mention two actresses, Linnea Quigley who shows that she has real acting chops and is not only good at taking off her clothes which is what she did in most of her later movies ( she also does it here but not in a gratuitous way ) as Linda´s deaf - mute younger sister Heather. The other is Suzee Slater whose topless scene may be short but it´s the most memorable from the entire movie and it will pop up whenever you look for pictures of Savage Streets.
But the most misleading movie poster of a Linda Blair movie is Savage Island - not to be confused with Savage Islands, the title sometimes used for Nate and Hayes, a 1983 pirate movie starring Michael O´Keefe and Tommy Lee Jones. As the Squonk puts it in his review of the movie on FORGOTTEN FILMS : " Linda Blair in a jungle setting wearing torn lingerie and carrying a machine gun. You want to see that movie, don´t you ? "
" No, you don´t ! No such image appears in the actual film. In fact, Linda has little more than a cameo. " You can read more about the movie in the review I linked above and the reason why it´s probably one of the worst movies attached to Linda Blair is the fact that it was movie recycling at its worst as Linda only appears in the framing sequence and the rest of the movie was cut together from two other movies : Escape From Hell and Hotel Paradise. Both have the same cast among which 80s soft sex icon Ajita Wilson stands apart front and center. I always had the impression that she accepted the roles that Laura Gemser considered too slutty.
Another movie where Linda Blair has a rather small part is Silent Assasin´s and the only redeeming bit is a scene where she gets assaulted at home and her attacker rips open her shirt so you can see her bra which is one of the erotic highlights of the movie. The others are provided by Playboy's Playmate of the Month in June 1986 Rebecca Ferratti´s mind blowing 34C - 24 - 34 measurements about whom I wrote a bit more in this posting .
The main lead is Sam Jones who played two pulp heroes : Flash Gordon in the 1980s Dion Laurentiis movie with italian massita Ornella Muti as sexy Princess Aura and Danny Colt a.k.a. The Spirit in a tv movie - which I still haven´t managed to see - alongside Deep Space 9 sexbomb Nana Visitor.
We return to street gangs in the 90s with comic book editor and writer Howard Mackie who celebrated his 61st birthday. He has written a lot of x - titles, including the complete 32 issue run of Mutant X ( initially the series was only to be 12 issues long ), but besides writing one of the few Spider - Man titles in the 90s you could still read - Peter Parker : Spider - Man with art by John Romita Jr. he is best known for co - creating the new Danny Ketch Ghost Rider together with artist Javier Saltares.
Now I haven´t done a post specifically for either of them but I have tackled the topic of the 90s rebooted Ghost Rider in my posts about Mark Texeira who practically started his career on that title. I am not going to put up the links for all the Mark Texeira posts but here is the latest one that the latest one which I wrote last year that includes some links to previous Mark Texiera posts where the subject of the Ghost Rider was discussed .As has become a tradition here is some more Ghost Rider history and since we already covered the first version, the first motor cycle version and the best version - the 90s Ghost Rider - here is the history of every flaming skullboy. Of course I had to seize the opportunity to post another video with the wonderful Ming - Na Wen lounging at a con with the rest of the cast.
Finding a cartoon video for this post was kind of difficult because there is no Linda Blair cartoon ( or Andy Sidaris cartoon ) and I could not find one with Ghost Rider or S.H.I.E.L.D. It´s true, Marvel´s premiere espionage organisation did pop up in Earth´s Mightiest Heroes - especially Maria Hill and her very distracting latino booty - but I already posted some episodes from that show. And the only new clips I could find were really short. So we are taking all the things we have mentioned in this post like 90s cool, street crime and high octane vehicles and throw them into the blender.
Likewise I was racking my brain which music video I should include in this post but in the end I thought since we already have a lot of busty blonde sexbombs in the post why not go with balkan bra buster Andrea Teodora ?
