Since I have already done three of these posts making another one should be a piece of cake since there is still enough material left from the last post. But as always things are never that easy. I have already mentioned it in the last post but since Will Eisner´s THE SPIRIT comic was published in newspapers, magazines and comic books finding the corresponding color pages for the original art can really be a Sisyphean task because unlike the later american comic books you don´t have a consecutive numbering. And in some cases there are no color versions for the black and white artwork.
On the other side I always want to give readers the best material I have so like last time I am going to include some original art where I could not find the colored pages because I could not let the opportunity slip by to post not one but two complete stories. I would tell you the title but what many people don´t know is that Will Eisner not always included the title of the stories. I know, he´s famous for his title splash pages and how he incorporates the titles of the stories into the artwork but he didn´t always do that. So I have no ideas how the first two stories are called. To make up for the lack of colored juxtaposition I am also including the full story ASSIGNMENT - PARIS from issue 8 of the SPIRIT MAGAZINE. Today we have a long litany of birthdays I missed since my last post but thankfully I already addressed some of them in previous years so we will only check back with those that have their own post, some where I have something new to add and a few personal favorites. Like in most cases the percentage of fantastically formed female bodies is extremely high but I am trying to include some of my usual counterpoints. That being said we start our raunchy roll call on March the 2nd with one of the sexiest divas.
Since I don´t know when I will have another opportunity to write about female wrestlers ( it seems I only get to do that once a year on hasian rubber sex doll Gail Kim´s birthday ) I absolutely MUST mention wrestling MILF Debra Marshal formerly known as Debra McMichael´s 59th birthday.

Now german actress Uschi Glas who turned 75 is probably not regarded as a cult siren but she has appeared in everything from SOKO to Winnetou und das Halbblut Apanatschi and she started her career displaying her then booming body in the movie Zur Sache Schätzchen ( Go For It Baby ).
Which was a stroke of luck because otherwise unbelievable Uschi would had continued in her career as a secretary or accountant. When I saw the movie for the first time I was surprised how subversive it was compared to the actual tv content and as far as I could ascertain it was a big hit when it came out because it perfectly captured the Zeitgeist of the youthful protest against the german establishment and the loosening morals in the wake of the sexual revolution. Of course part of the big draw was the hot ( but sadly interrupted ) striptease at the police station by Schätzchen Uschi - how she was quickly nicknamed by the german yellow press.
Uschi also tried her luck as a short lived Schlager star during the 70s and even recorded the album Wenn dein Herz brennt with Giorgio Moroder.
We start our Dearly Departed section with cult siren Jennifer Jones who is sadly one of the world´s most underrated Academy Award - winning actresses. Over the course of her 30 year career she starred in over 20 movies of which she won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in The Song of Bernadette over Ingrid Bergman nominated for her work in For Whom The Bell Tolls. Jennifer was furthermore nominated for an Academy Award for her roles in Since You Went Away, Love Letters, Duel In The Sun and Love Is A Many - Splendored Thing.
Another shoutout goes to Dr. Seuss and it is a bit weird that while I am from the generation that is more familiar with his work from the cartoon adaptions rather than his books there is a whole new generation out there who don´t know the books or the classic cartoons and their first contact with his material are the new awful 3d movies like The Lorax. I guess you can´t but fail if a money hungry company like Disney tries to convey a story with an environmental and ecological message at its basis.
Jessica Biel celebrated her 37th birthday on March the 3rd and I hope the german press has figured out who she is by now. Because I remember that when Esquire voted her the Sexiest Woman Alive in 2005 the entire german press was lucid because the title had gone to an total unknown ... at least if you are a reporter in Germany who never goes to see a movie.
Now Jessica has had her ups and downs, the downs being Blade : Trinity ( really, after the first one they just could not get it right ) and the Total Recall remake ( which at least brought new record sales of the original movie and showed that you just can´t make a Schwarzenegger movie without Arnold ) for which she - almost - made up with displaying her goods in I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry and in Powder Blue.
Although you might want to do yourself a favor and fast forward to the good parts in the last one before you get so depressed you want to kill yourself. Like I said, Jessica has almost made up for her bad decisions, all we need is another movie where she shows her obvious superior stripper skill but this time without the unnecessary drama, thank you very much.
There is one anniversary for March the 4th that I would not mention otherwise but I need something to balance out all the hot babes and it´s about one of my favorite comic strips. That´s right, normally I don´t write very often about comic strips and I would have ignored the fact that Alex Raymond´s Rip Kirby was first published on the 4th of March in 1946 if I hadn´t come across a video the other day. The strip was created by Alex Raymond who quit work on his other successful titles like Flash Gordon, Jungle Jim and Secret Agent X - 9. I read it in the spanish translation and to give you an idea how early I became a fan, when I first heard the name Jack Kirby I thought he was named after Alex Raymond´s comic strip.
Rip Kirby was an ex - marine who returned from WWII and worked as a private eye but he was not your typical hardboiled detective. He solved his cases with brain instead of brawn while smoking a pipe, instead of a two - fisted sidekick he had a frail assistant and instead of a series of female clients he had a steady girlfriend. He even wore glasses like me.
Alex Raymond drew the strip 10 years until he was killed in a car crash. John Prentice took over the art duties for the next 40 years until his death and the strip ends with Rip´s retirement. This is one of the best comic strips ever and it gets reprinted from time to time, latest by IDW.
We continue on March the 5th with regularly recurring pop culture cutie Jolene Blalock who celebrated her 44th birthday. She is of course best known for her role as the alien everybody in Starfleet dreamed about having a close encounter of the sexual kind with vulcan babe T´Pol, the sex massage addict with the inbuilt automatic Pon Farr nympho mode.

Two other hot cinema sexbombs celebrated their anniversaries on that day. Eva Mendes ( 45 ), who was in two comic adaptions, none of them very good : Ghost Rider, which is considered to be the " good " Ghost Rider movie after Spirit Of Vengeance and Frank Miller´s The Spirit movie.

Rena Riffel´s co star in the striptease scenes on Showgirls was Elizabeth Berkley who revealed her real stripper nature ( she was dicktamed for this role by the male cast of Saved By The Bell who took turns banging her senseless behind the scenes ). The movie was called a flop when it first come out but in the meantime it has become a cult classic mainly based on Elizabeth´s stripper moves which left me no other chance than cast her as one of my alternate choices for the Nympho Supergirl from Earth XXX in my second alternatives post for casting the Justice League movie .
What I find really funny is that when the movie came out everybody was criticizing it for it´s oversexed portrayal of how things work in Hollywood.
There were a lot of people who said that it was over the top, that women don´t have to degrade themselves to get jobs like it was depicted in the movie and that the whole " casting couch " thing was just an old mythos.
Usually I go into the super sexbomb trifecta of Elizabeth Berkley´s co - stars Tori Spelling and buxom Tiffany Amber Thiessen who has the best natural breasts in Hollywood and has been scorching the tv screens with her überdeveloped 37DD Beverly Hills for years but then the post would become too long and I´m trying to include as many cult sirens as possible.
And yes, one of the reasons why I included Tiffany Amber Thiessen is that she also appeared in an episode of Married With Children with David.
Since I´m going for berth and not depth here I have to write a bit more about a spectacular skin flick classic, namely Greg Hyppolite´s sexsational squirt marathon Undercover Heat with the über bodacious Athena Massey who bares everything as the sex starved undercover cop Cindy Hannen.
Even if the story is nothing new - a female cop has to go undercover as a callgirl to find a serial killer - Undercover Heat is one of the best erotic movies I have seen because it has the perfect blend of crime, suspense, erotic and humor that few directors of this genre achieve. It also has a nice pacing of five minutes of story development followed by five minutes of erotic scenes and so on. But the biggest reason why this movie is so entertaining is the stunning Athena Massey and her spectacular body.
The character Athena plays is a somewhat repressed woman who never had much time besides her police work to explore her sexuality but as she goes undercover she makes up for that in spades. The plan going in is that her superior will send her clients so she can keep her cover and give him regular status reports. But as they sometimes come too late - to their appointments that is not as in relayed ejaculation - the sex depraved bombshell is already busy sexperimenting with the other potent studs.
There is even a threesome with a client and his big breasted wife so this movie has it all. So this is my recommendation for the day and if you haven´t seen it yet you definitely have to check out Undercover Heat.
Which brings us to the birthdays of Today which as always has a bit of the old and some new things. I try to switch up things every year but that highly depends on if I have something new to say or add about a previous candidate so I hope I keep things interesting for my readers. Kieron Dwyer celebrates his 52nd birthday and since I still haven´t read Sea Of Red let´s talk about the now classic Captain America No More story line in which Steve Rogers gave up the mantle of Captain America and the Superpatriot became the new sentinel of liberty which is where I first saw Kieron´s art.
People will tell you that when you´re in the eye of a hurricane you are not aware of the storm but when this story came out I knew it was something special because I was just about to give up reading Captain America. I had missed all of Mike Zeck´s issues and I wasn´t thrilled by Paul Neary´s art that I saw in a Secret Wars II crossover and other issues. Because of the Mike Zeck cover I bought another issue where Wolverine for some reason called himself D - Man but I was already halfway out the door. Then issue 332 came out and I got hooked again. Kieron Dwyer would not come on the book until issue 338 when John Walker a.k.a. Jack Daniels a.k.a. Jim Beam ( you know that the guy who came up with those was an alcoholic ) was firmly established as the new Captain America. Around that time Captain America was a fixture on my pull list so I read a lot of Kieron Dwyer through the complete story with Captain America and the U.S. Agent, one of my personal highlight The Bloodstone Hunt and the Acts Of Vengeance tie - in issues. I stayed on the book when Ron Lim took over since he is one of my favorite artists who sadly isn´t seen so much in comics anymore. I read all of his tenure but I bailed when Rik Levins came on board because I couldn´t take Madame M.O.D.A.M. and the Capwolf.
We started this post with Will Eisner´s The Spirit and we are going to end it in the same manner. And when I say " we " I mean little, overworked me.
