For those who came in late and missed out on all the kung furying / karate chopping martial arts action I wrote two posts about the series in general and did five spotlights : one for each of the books artists, Paul Gulacy , Gene Day and Mike Zeck , a special post on Gil Kane who provided a lot of the early covers and one for all the other artists who worked on this great series . I have been pimping the book like crazy and I like to think that I had a small part in convincing Disney to finally reprint this seminal series, not only in four hefty omnibus but also in two Epic Collections of which the last one just came out. As usual we start with a celebrity birthday :
On July the 8th Jaden Smith, son of Hollywood star Will Smith celebrated his 21st birthday and I´m sure with all the good things in his life he still curses because he was still a minor when he starred in the remake of The Karate Kid alongside african - american aphrodite MILF Taraji P Henson .

I first became aware of Taraji on Person of Interest and she´s currently on the hit show Empire which means that I will have to check that out as soon as the series is at an affordable price or amazon has one of their sales. Besides the PETA ad Taraji has posed nude for a recent issue of Allure and you can see her naked in the 2001 gangster flick Baby Boy.
Black is beautiful, but Taraji P. Henson is so hot we need to come up with a better word to describe her incredible booty - liciousness. Something like boobiful, fantASStic, ASSentially stunning, blackxiting or blacktacular.

As to what men want in 2001 most black men wanted Taraji P. Henson who was voted the second most beautiful woman by Black Men Magazine beating such nubian sexbombs like Vivica A. From all the new videos I found ( since I already used up all my old ones ) the best ones are from the 2017 Annual Academy Awards where tittilating Taraji wore the definition of a " Fuck me ! " dress if I have ever seen one !
I tried to find one video with all the footage but I have to post three different ones to make sure it includes the best bits. Speaking about best bits, especially important is the first video where Traraji leans forward at the beginning and you catch a good glimpse of her big round oreo cookies.
With Jaden Smith´s birthday I have to mention his father, Will Smith, who has been in movies with superheroes based on comics like Suicide Squad and movies with superheroes not based on comic books like Hancock ( although the costume he wore was literally Black Lightning´s costume ) as well as in movies based on obscure Marvel Comics series like the Men In Black movies. He became famous all over the world when he played the lead role in the mega successful sitcom The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air.
Of course a big part of that show´s success and continued appeal around the world ( there are probably only a few people on the face of the planet who can´t recite the lyrics to the title song in their sleep ) is Tatyana Ali who grew from a cute little girl into an incredible sexbomb over the course of that series and who got to show her musical skills.
Much to the chagrin of the show´s producers she really bOObed all out in later movie appearances like The Clown at Midnight or Fall Into Darkness .
Man, with that terrific body and a voice to match Tatyana Ali´s the total package - and I´m not talking about Lex Luger. You work that body girl !

She played Ashley´s " bosom buddy " Keesha with a big emphasis on the " bosom " part. She probably spent the rest of the day after the shooting had ended screaming at the top of her lungs as Will banged her brains out.
The truth of that statement notwithstanding Tatyana Ali still looks terrific ( she has one of the breast natural racks in Hollywood - period ) as you can see in this video where her huge boobs almost spill out of her top !
We finally come to the part of the post some of my readers can´t wait for : the obligatory random video section ( I´m just guessing most of my readers prefer the comicbook / cult siren parts of the posts ) which is not so random in this case and brings us back to Jaden Smith in the best movie in the Karate Kid franchise - after the original trilogy with Ralph Macchio ( and I´m not talking about Marvel Comics famous editor ).
I think the worst one was the one with with Hilary Swank and the gay wannabe soldiers who were trying to mob her. And I´m saying " trying to mob her " because in the real world instead of banging her up a bit they would have dragged Julie to their clubhouse to take turns taming the girl.
That they were totally oblivious to Hilary´s obvious porn star qualities also accounts for the " gay " part. Even the producers of the movie knew that the part didn´t make any sense which is why they tried to cover up her 34C knockers for the entire movie because once you saw her booming body in action the suspension of disbelieve went flying out the window.
And when I say "flying " I mean flying. You can say what you want about the quality of the movie but Hilary really knows how to spread her legs and I´m sure a lot of teenage viewers had other things on their mind than martial arts when they saw her doing those high kicks in her tight pants.
Anyway, back to Jaden Smith´s Karate Kid movie, this was a much better retelling of the story which was in great part due to martial arts master Jackie Chan who got a rare occassion to show more of his acting skills.
We are staying with The Karate Kid ( and I am not talking about Val Armorr here ) the best show on the planet at the moment is Cobra Kai. It is told from a different perspective than the movies and shows that in reality Daniel San was not the hero but the villain of the story. Originally I wanted to post No Retreat No Surrender which was a big martial arts hit around the same time when The Karate Kid was in german theaters although it didn´t span a franchise. Well, at least not in America.
Here in Germany it was called Karate Tiger 3 which was kind of an umbrella series for various martial art films including some with Cynthia Rothrock .
I already wrote about her at length and Today´s feature is Fight To Win a.k.a. Angel Eyes and it has Cynthia´s co - star in a plethora of movies - sometimes as her partner sometimes as her antagonist - Richard Norton.
A few months ago I chanced upon a few documentaries about martial arts and this one seemed appropriate since Mr. Myagi comes from Okinawa. It shows french ( ? ) martial artist Josette Normandeau exploring the world of Karate and the interesting part is you get to see a lot of old masters. What gets boring fast is her perception of Karate as a male dominated sport since it is neither. Karate is not a sport but a way of life if The Karate Kid has taught us anything. But I guess if you go into these things with a certain mindset you only see what you expect. Or like the chinese say : If the only tool you have is a hammer every problem looks like a nail.
Apropos Mr. Myagi, usually I would mention that Pat Morita also appeared in the Andy Sidaris movie Do Or Die but since I already put all the Andy Sidaris links in this post not too long ago I think we can skip it this time.
Speaking of preconceived notions and having certain expectations, as regular readers know when I write a post about asian hotties or martial arts or anything involving the occident there is always the obligatory k - pop video but this time I want to include something special. This is from episode four of I Can See Your Voice which as far as I could ascertain has contestants who claim they can sing. There seems to be one round with playback where the candidates have to make up their mind to whether the people who say they are good singers are telling the truth or lying and the big reveal where the contestants have to sing live. In this case it is Lina from Wannab and she is the sister of idol Minah from Girl´s Day.

This is another video that I usually don´t get to include because in most cases the five videos per post quota is already full with the usual sections and I often choose a video with hot asian babes over this one. Although now that I think about it videos about food are more like porn than real porn at my age. Anyway, as someone who has visited a few countries I am always interested in how the tastes differ in other regions of the planet.

Likewise I didn´t want to post another episode of Samurai Champloo ( a great series but I don´t want to become predictable ) and because I don´t know any other martial arts animes my first thought was Dragonball but then I remembered that Son Goku was based on Monkey King from the classical chinese novel Journey To The West from the 16th century.
