It´s a Surprise Sword and Sorcery Sunday !

You know how this goes : last post yadda yadda yadda bonus section too long bla bla bla spin - off post and so on and so on. Do I have to say that I picked some of my favorite pages from CONAN THE BARBARIAN for this ?

For those that are new to the blog, my usual modus operandi is throwing everything including the kitchen sink into a post until the browser crashes every time I want to change something. At which point I go over the post to see which part can be cut and turned into a spin - off post so I can work on the original post again and hopefully finish it. In this case it´s a very long part with a lot of fitness sexbombs like Cory Everson and Sharon Bruneau but also about Arnold Schwarzenegger and Conan the Barbarian.

While the following issues were drawn by Howard Chaykin and not John Buscema I remember them fondly, mostly because of blonde bimbo Bardylis who wore a really interesting outfit that sparked my juvenile imagination.

And that´s all the movie casting I´m doing for this post since it took me like forever to find out Mary Alejo´s name. It really has been a while.

While my brother could be a real pain in the butt most of the time I can´t deny that there are some things I may never have gotten interested in, one of them being Robert E. Howard´s Conan, the Barbarian. Long before Marvel Comics´ Roy " the Boy " Thomas wrote the comicbook adaptions which were so brilliantly illustrated by the great, late John Buscema that they ruined me for all following comicbook versions he read all the books he could find. Including those written by other authors like L. Sprague de Camp. Which is why having to sell the book below was so difficult for me.

To make matters worse I had to sell it at a really low price even if I didn´t pay the full price for it myself. Anyway, I don´t think I will buy this again unless I can find it at a ridiculously low price. Especially since the stories I am interested in the most are included in the fourth volume of this series.

Speaking of CONAN I also have to mention the only actor who has managed to portray him believably on the big screen. As a bodybuilding afficionado my brother was a big fan of governator Arnold Schwarzenegger so we started watching his movies long before he hit it off big with Terminator.

As somebody who wasn´t so much into bodybuilding ( meaning that I was okay with training to keep fit instead of training like I was going to compete in the next MR. OLYMPIA competition even though we never did ) I only flipped through my brother´s bodybuilding magazines in the hopes of finding some pictures of hot women in bikinis, skimpy clothing or even - homina, homina, homina - naked. Okay, most often just semi - naked.

While my brother leaned more towards the extremely muscular women I preferred those who still looked more feminine, like the competitors in the Miss Fitness competition - to which we will return in a moment.

Longtime followers of the blog know that I featured some of them in the past, like real life Power Girl Erika Andersch best known as DD Diamond, the brabusting sexbomb of german descent on American Gladiators.

She was a personal favorite of me and at least one other person since she was the first ever reader´s request candidate in my SEARCH FOR POWER GIRL series on my old boob blog. She also appeared in movies like Double Impact with Jean - Claude Van Damme, Natural Born Killers or Ballistic and a plethora of tv series most notably 3 episodes of Hercules : The Legendary Journey´s as Atalanta, one of the many hot sexbombs that made watching the show bearable.

Speaking of which, we have to come back to the topic of being milked like a breeding stallion by that " special " aunt with huge melons, a pornstar body and legs up to her chin I mentioned in the part about Dunja Rajter.

One of the things I try to do in the entertainment section is provide some diversity for my readers and not always post the same kind of videos. As anybody who visits the blog for an extended period of time can attest I have posted a lot of videos with bikini competitions and especially the Bikini Open. That show was a personal favorite of mine and it was shown on Eurosport - although only after midnight. Well, Eurosport also featured other forms of sport from wrestling ( which included wrestling from Japan ) to bodybuilding and fitness competitions like the Miss Fitness shows.

As I said, I was not into the more buffed competitors of the bodybuilding competitions but the fit yet highly curvaceous and flexible sexbombs of the Miss Fitness shows, that was a whole different ballgame my friend.

Coming back to the topic of changing up the sort of videos I post from time to time, for the longest time I wanted to switch things up from the bikini competitions but I never found any videos from the Miss Fitness shows. So when I not only found a few but also videos with Alexandra Beres I knew I had to put them on my small blog as quickly as possible.

Because as always the best material disappears the quickest from YouTube and a few of the videos I have included in my last few posts have already been deleted. So watch them while you can. I have included two versions of this Miss Fitness competition because while the video above has the better picture quality the picture frame has also been cut. The video below has a lower quality but you get to see all of Alexandra´s antics.

While there was a Conan cartoon it wasn´t very good. And I already posted an episode in a previous post. Now for people of my generation the number one cartoon barbarian was He - Man and he also was very successful in Germany so I have no idea why they always have so much problems translating He - Man and The Masters Of The Universe right.

I don´t check out the blog statistics on a regular basis so I am not sure if I have readers in France. On the slim chance that I do here is a video about Robert E. Howard´s most successful female character, Red Sonja. One of these days I have to continue my series about french comicbook covers.

With our first music video I didn´t have to think about it, because as soon as I wrote " barbarian " my mind went to Wu - Tang Clan´s Gravel Pit. And not only for Castle´s afro american 36D - 25 - 35 aphrodite Tamala Jones. 

Deja Vue. The strange feeling you have seen or done something before. I really thought I had done a new GIF of MILF Tamala Jones the last time I mentioned her. But as always in these cases when I went back I couldn´t find it anywhere. So for the moment I am going to use the old one until the new one I did pops up or I have the time to make another one. Which depends in great part on me finding the music video again in good quality.

There are a lot of videos with real live Power Girl Erika Andersch but I need most of them for my upcoming Diamond spotlight. Which will probably be just part of the bonus section because I don´t think I have enough material for a full blown cult siren post. There are however some videos without her and some shorter ones that are not essential for that post. We are starting with a short mix of her breast scenes. Daimn, those are some impressive guns, and I´m not talking about Diamond´s biceps.

At this point it seems like the entertainment industry is recycling too much stuff. Okay, there are constantly new exciting tv shows on the various streaming platforms but there also are shows like American Ninja Warrior which is basically American Gladiators with the only exception that they took the obstacle course from the finale and turned it into the whole show. Anyway, for those who have never seen it here is a special episode in which the American Gladiators go up against  a Power Ranger.

The preview picture for this video of the Bikini Fitness PRO girls from the IFBB Stockholm PRO championship is unfortunate but it distills the appeal of these muscular women to their basst assets. What ? Too on the nose ? Hey, I don´t make these preview pictures, I just call them like I see them.

Longtime followers might remember cuban 60s rumpshaker Bella Cortez. I tried to write a cult siren post about her which turned into a marathon MOVIE RUMMAGE TABLE post about the cult movie Vulcan The Titan .

Because I have already posted that movie - a few times - I went over bella Bella´s imdb rap sheet and my question is : how is it that a big Superman fan like me has never heard of the 1961 movie The Giant Of Metropolis ?

Staying with the heroes from greek mythology here is the third episode of Unterwegs mit Odysseus which is where I learned everything there is to know about Ulysses. I found the complete series just a few years ago but it fell vitim to my move to Spain. My mother told me that you can get everything here but I´m not so sure if that includes such mainstays of german culture like Unterwegs mit Odysseus, Nick Knatterton or Krabat.

We are staying in Germany a bit longer for a video from The voice Kids Germany since I haven´t posted one of these in quite a while. If I had the control of the tv remote I would be watching these talent shows 24 / 7.

One thing I already miss is going to the comicbook store. I was a bit apprehensive about posting this video because it reminds me of the fact that most comicbook afficionados don´t have an exit strategy in regards to reading comicbooks and it can be a very rude awakening when you find out how much your comicbook collection really is worth. Or better said how little. It also hits very close to home how many comicbook shops had to close in the last years - even before the Covid 19 lockdowns happened.

Closing things out is another favorite from my misspent youth in Germany, Sancho und Pancho a.k.a. Tijuana Toads. How come these classic cartoon shows are not aired on tv anymore ? If I  had a tv network - or streaming platform - I would have one channel just for the classic cartoon shows.
