TALES FROM THE KRYPTONIAN: Amazed by Aparo : Many Deaths Of Batman

For the moment we wrap up SAL BUSCEMA MONTH because you can get too much of a good thing even if it's Sal Buscema art. And don't worry, we'll definitely get back to topic because there is still a lot of material.

In the meantime to even things out this month is all about DC Comics and we start with one of my favourite artists, the great late Jim Aparo.

Now some of my regular readers might wonder what happened to SWAMP THING ? Isn't there still a lot of SWAMP THING stuff I promised to post ?

And that is right. But I feel that with 8 SWAMP THING posts we have covered the subject extensively and so there is no urgency to continue this series so soon. Also there is plenty of other DC Comics material to post and as usual I like to switch things up. Now naturally my first idea was to post some Jim Aparo artwork and as my longtime followers may remember I did a post about the - back then - upcoming Artists Edition .

Which then was not so upcoming and then again and then nobody knew when it was going to come out and when it finally did come out it was way after Christmas which would have been a perfect time. Now I know that the delay was due to more pages being added and I'm not saying that I would have handled it different but it was a chain of unfortunate events. In any case, naturally I thought about doing another THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD spotlight but since the good fellas from COMIC POP have just recently covered John Byrne and Jim Aparo's The Many Deaths Of Batman storyline from which I just found the full original art for the first issue some time ago I couldn't pass up the chance for a Jim Aparo post.

Regular blog visitors may remember that I cast global sex icon Madonna as Silver Sable in the first part of my tribute post to Sal Buscema's run on SPECTACULAR SPIDER - MAN in 2023 ( which led to SPIDER - MAN MONTH in 2025 ) and I know that as far as movies - and especially the live action adaptions of comics - Madonna has had very bad luck but if we go back to Madonna's golden days when she was at the height of her popularity and her physical peak form she would have been a great Silver Sable .

Plus it also gives me a good excuse to feature Madonna who hasn't been as often in the pop culture trivia / cult siren section as she deserves keeping in mind how prominently she starred on my relaxation vhs mix tapes I used to record in my younger years and she was always bumped up every time she did a new bonerinducing song / music video like Pappa Don't Preach, Like A Prayer, Material Girl or Open Your Heart To Me.

I am not one hundred percent sure if it was Material Girl that first put her in the " Ultimate Pop Sexbomb " category but I am most definitely sure that Pappa Don't Preach if not lifted her into that category then at least cemented her status as such in my mind forever with her little black outfit that seemed to be at least five sizes too small to contain her big boobs but most of all her bonerinducing hip shaking fertility dance.

That nipple slip is also what ultimately set Pappa Don't Preach above Open Your Heart To Me and that one has nothing less than Madonna playing a stripper ( sadly she doesn't take of much clothing ) wearing black leather and spreading her long legs like a phillipino prostitute.

At the beginning she has black hair but then we see that it's only a wig and she's blonde underneath. Which is the opposite of the pre - crisis Black Canary ( who came from Earth 2 to Earth 1 to bang Green Arrow and if you want to know more about her convoluted origin where she basically became her own mother check out this video on CASUALLY COMICS ) who had black hair and wore a blonde wig as a super hero.

Which a lot of people either get wrong or don't know but there is a big hint in her name. There's a reason why she is called BLACK Canary and not Blonde or Yellow Canary. Well, except for Germany where she was called Blitzschwalbe which sounds a lot like Bordsteinschwalbe which is german slang for a prostitute and this might have something to do with her hooker outfit. Black Canary was just all kinds of hot and she even appeared in underwear in the 166th issue of THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD.

Anyway, coming back to Open Your Heart To Me naturally this was also only shown on Mtv after midnight which only helped her fanbase to grow.

Another video where Mtv's role was quite different was Like A Prayer that had the vatican and the whole christian world in an uproar. A black Jesus, burning crosses and Madonna bouncing and squeezing her huge moneymakers like there's no Tomorrow they would have none of that.

Christians protested, pope John Paul II called for the boycott of a PEPSI commercial that had used the song and in the end PEPSI caved in and cancelled the campaign although Madonna got to keep her 5 million dollar advance. Surprisingly enough Mtv was one of the few tv stations that still aired the music video and not only that they also put it into heavy rotation. So an entire generation got to see Madonna shake her boobs which looked twice as big as normal - especially towards the end of the video - and there is one extra who was shot right through puberty after getting a good eyeful of madonna's giant - sized porn star boobies.

Now with Madonna's Material Girl music video we luckily had none of these shenanigans so you could catch it at any time of the day without any trouble. Madonna was recreating the set and the look of Marilyn Monroe's iconic performance of Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friends from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and one of my school teachers related the anecdote that when his daughter saw that movie she thought Marilyn Monroe had copied Madonna's look when it was the other way around.

Holy Gravity Defying Atombusen, Batman ! Madonna's mouthwatering breasts are just seconds away from popping out of her top during the entirety of Material Girl. In any case if Power Girl would look like Cindy Breuer any normal, sane, heterosexual guy would definitely bang her even if she was his sister.

For the movie we wouldn't need a complicated story, just something that could serve as the reason to have a lot of extremely explicit nude scenes - with Cindy Breuer and a selection of other ultimate Sexbomben - like that a criminal organisation that operates out of Gotham has rigged up a five star luxury hotel for the rich and famous with hundreds of cameras taping the influential elite while having sex and then blackmailing them.

Of course Batman goes undercover as wealthy playboy Bruce Wayne - who is well known for having sex flings with the hottest female movie stars and singers and other female celebrities desperate for attention - and for backup he takes Power Girl along since she can easily pass as a celebrity with her giant - sized gazongas. Naturally since the bad guys are filming everybody constantly to keep their cover Batman has to have sex with Power Girl all night long. Just to keep their cover - naturally.

Since it has been months since Batman has had a run in with Catwoman he has accumulated a lot of sexual energy and at the same time Guy Gardner has been on a secret mission for the Guardians of the galaxy a few months so Power Girl hasn't had her usual fuck marathons with Guy.

So when they finally get to let loose all of that long accumulated sexual frustration breaks loose in an uninhibited squirt marathon while they go through all of the perverted positions giving the bad guys quite the show.

To keep up the facade of the jet setting playboy and ladies man with the big bank account and the even bigger dick ( and I am not talking about Bruce Wayne's ward Dick Grayson a.k.a. Robin a.k.a. Nightwing here ) the next day Bruce Wayne gets a visit from Big Barda - whose boobs are almost as big as Power Girl's huge 44EE funbags - who did not tell her husband Mister Miracle about this fuck fest. As any DC Comics fan worth his salt knows Big Barda was personally dicktamed by Darkseid - who also tamed her Mom Big Breeda to be his personal sex slave - and she almost shot a porn tape with Superman. About which you can read in this post .

This way we can have lots and lots of other hot babes in the movie.

Continuing with this next we could have nubian sex goddess Vixen ( who was a member in the Justice League Detroit era which I always wanted to read but now that I was slapped with a serious comicbook embargo otherwise my entire new collection goes up in flame I can forget about the omnibus and have to read it in digital form ) back up Batman and we could say that her animal totem amulet malfunctions and she gets horny like a cat in heat - only times ten - and they keep at it for days.

To give Vixen the opportunity to investigate a little further she starts working undercover as the new aerobic instructor Kim Doable for the university ( after the last one had to quit after the Christmas party where all the male staff took turns at her ) but because of her pornstar body, her skimpy outfit but mostly her pheromones that can turn even the most chaste gay monk into a horny sex freak things turn bad quickly.

Another candidate that we could include in the movie is Almerac's ruling despot and men milking machine Maxima who had tried to slam - fuck Superman into submission after Maxima had seen him defying Mongul on Warworld during one of my favourite periods of Superman's history : the SUPERMAN EXILE period and directly afterwards where a lot of the issues were drawn by two of my favourite artists, Kerry Gammill ( who also did the covers for the four issue POWER GIRL mini series and had a long stint on POWER MAN AND IRON FIST ) and the late great George Perez .

Since we are on the subject of George Perez, next I want to include one of the original members of THE NEW TEEN TITANS in the movie who has one of the most complicated backstories in comic history : Wondergirl a.k.a. Donna Troy. As comicbook afficionados know she first appeared because of a mistake as there was a story in WONDER WOMAN 105 that featured Wonder Woman's adventures as a teen but somebody thought those were two separate characters and christened Wonder Woman's younger version Wondergirl. And there have been problems because of that ever since. Which ties directly into our movie because there was a storyline by John Byrne when he took over the WONDER WOMAN book that tried to solve that problem by changing the story so that Donna was a magical mirror image given life so Wonder Woman would have a pal.

In that story the the nemesis of the Wonder Woman from World War II - which was Wonder Woman's Mom queen Hippolyta - called Dark Angel had kidnapped Donna, forced her to live out different lives and then tried to kill her in every alternate timeline. Ultimately succeeding in killing Donna she is resurrected with the help of Wally West's memories of her so all should be fine. The only problem was that the night before Wally had watched some porn movies with an actress that looked a lot like Donna Troy ( one might wonder why Wally has so many porn movies with an actress that looks like Donna Troy's big breasted, younger twin sister especially since Donna Troy was created from Wonder Woman's mirror image in that continuity ) and so his memories of his erstwhile team member mixed with the plot of the porn movies which not only improved Donna Troy's already bonerinducing physique considerably but also turned her into a deepthroat addicted nymphomaniac who had a deep rooted desire for uninhibited wild sex marathons with Wally West.

Now since Wally West wasn't aware what had happened he didn't resist Donna's advances especially since he had had a crush on Wondergirl ever since she became a member of the first incarnation of the Teen Titans.

Which was something Raven erased from his memory when she set her machinations into play to form THE NEW TEEN TITANS and instead made him lust for her so she could influence Kid Flash better. Coming back to Donna Troy the whole thing with her sexual obsession with Wally West resolved itself when she was killed by a rogue Superman robot in one of the worst Titans crossovers TITANS / YOUNG JUSTICE : GRADUATION DAY and later resurrected by the titans of myth in the RETURN OF DONNA TROY mini series by the all star team of Phil Jimenez as writer, Jose Luis Garcia Lopez as penciler and George Perez on inks. The story set up her role in the upcoming INFINITE CRISIS event ( man, you can say what you want about that crossover but all of the mini series that tied into that were amazing ) but if you think that that was the end of Donna Troy's problems think again because there was another storyline in which the whole world had forgotten her. But we will talk more about that once I get to start on my new series about Paul Pelletier's stint on the Titans.

As longtime followers of TALES FROM THE KRYPTONIAN know all to well my taste concerning comicbooks can be eclectic or at least strange for the casual visitor since it is often counter intuitive to what the general public prefers going more into the real of those underrated, ignored or outright forgotten comicbook runs that drift around comicbook limbo.

To those blog veterans it will come as no surprise that my next candidate for the special midnight olympics with Bruce Wayne ( or any other cheap excuse that I can come up with to put her in the movie ) comes from such an - at least in my opinion - underrated run as it is none other than Dawn / Manitou Dawn from the JLA run by Joe Kelly and Doug Mahnke.

For me that is one of the best runs on the Justice League of America and back in the day - 19 years ago in 2007 to be exact - I wrote three posts about this in my BEST LEAGUE EVER series : one about THE OBSIDIAN AGE which in my opinion is their big opus, one about TRIAL BY FIRE which is a smaller and more personal story and not as big in scope but mindblowing nevertheless and last but least one about JLA issue 100 and the resulting fallout which was the twelve issue maxi series JUSTICE LEAGUE ELITE.

Man, that's one thing that sucks about loosing almost your entire comic collection ( although I didn't exactly loose it but I had to sell most of it at dumping prices as all the comicbook shops were closed because of the corona pandemic so I was practically giving them away for free ), that you don't get to read these wonderful stories again. And I do not know how many times I have read the two OBSIDIAN AGE trades. Because that is the thing with great stories : you can read them again and again and it never gets old. Anyway, DC Comics never did a collection that includes the complete story and as far as I know there are no plans to release the run in omnibus from. I know that the complete run has been reprinted in trade paperback form but as far as I know those trades are currently out of print so you would have to resort to getting the floppies to read them.

Coming back to Dawn / Manitou Dawn she is not so unknown to frequent blog visitors since she was included in my CASTING THE JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA MOVIE series of posts - first in a solo post of my Hollywood Edition where I cast bodybuilding Sexbombe and the very first Miss Olympia Rachel McLish in the role mostly based on her appearance in Aces : Iron Eagle III and in the Subzero Edition ( where I cast brazilian 34DD - 24 - 34 bikini model Darlene Silva ) as well as in my two casting alternatives posts where that part went to british 90s 40E - 24 - 36 porn superstar Sarah Louise Young and nubian 40C - 23 - 36 sex goddess Janet Jackson respectively the latter one will be appearing in this post later.

I know that most comicbook readers think more of Black Canary being a dynamic duo with Green Arrow but there have been plenty of times where the Busenwunder teamed up with Batman like in the aforementioned famous " Black Canary in underwear " issue 166 of THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD or issue 141 of the same title of which you can find the complete original artwork by Jim Aparo in this post from 2025 .

Staying in the Bat - universe I would also include Batgirl even though that pairing is a bit unusual since sexual encounters between those two defenders of justice neither happened in the comics nor in the tv show - even with an incredible Sexbombe like all natural 37C ( !!! ) - 23 - 36 cult siren Yvonne Craig on the cast - and are therefore relegated to taking place on parallel worlds or alternate timelines like the animated BATMAN - THE KILLING JOKE. In the comicbooks Batgirl was always age appropriately romantically involved with Robin which was extra juicy as Barbara Gordon was taller than Dick Grayson because of her long legs.

Speaking of unusual pairings, one which we owe to the animated Batman series is Batman and Zatanna who uses the Sinep Emoceb Kcocretsnom ! EcnarudnE Fo A Noillatsodeerb ! spell on Batman and the Sutaorhtpeed Sutcidda Sunamohpmyn spell on herself by accident in the movie which would backfire in the worst way as the spells she used on Batman would not only grow his dick to ten times its original size instead of only three but also instead of ten hours his erection would last ten days. And since she used these spells with evil - or at least wicked and lustful intent - her own spell would be multiplied by twenty turning her from a horny slut into a completely out of control deepthroat addicted sexual freak.

Speaking of Batgirls, we definitely need more asian persuasian and you might think that I would include Cassandra Cain Batgirl in the film but as longtime followers of the blog - or those who read my Justice League casting posts - know I was never a big fan of the character. And that has nothing to do with the character per se but instead the wonky art in the books and the problematic ( to out it mildly ) handling of her be it the disturbing masturbation cover or such ridiculous story beats like when Robin ( which was pre - bi - sexual Tim Drake who is supposed one of the world's greatest detectives ) doesn't realize what an incredible pornstar body hasian squirt sensation Cassandra Cain has while she is wearing a latex costume that fits her like a second skin and only notices her bikini hardbody when she has to wear one of Barbara's old Batgirl costumes.

Which would not fit her very well as Barbara is way taller than her and has longer legs. Another thing that put me of was that her whole schtick was that she could read the bodies of her opponents which was her way to compensate for being mute and they had her speaking - and therefore loosing her special power - within the first few issues. I don't know why but a lot of writers don't really seem to want to write certain characters because the first thing they do when they get their own series is change everything about the characters which made them so popular with fans.

And then they wonder why these new series don't sell in spite of the big popularity of the main character. Anyway, I only had the Cassandra Cain Batgirl in my Justice League casting series to include 30B - 25 - 35 Jamie Chung ( whom you may know as Miho from Frank Miller's SIN CITY movies ) and chinese plus vietnamese 34D - 24 - 34 mega pornstar Miko Lee .

Since Cassandra Cain Batgirl is of the table ( unless a serious case of a lack of asian penetration sensation sexbombs arises ) I would throw my hat in the ring for a colleague from the best Batman series of all times : Tatsu Yamashiro from BATMAN AND THE OUTSIDERS ( which was also drawn by Jim Aparo ) whom Today's comicbook fans mostly know from her appearances in the Arrowverse and the bad SUICIDE SQUAD movie.

We continue the theme of underutilized and forgotten DC sexbomb as we return one more time to the fiery firepits of Apokolips with the stripping Busenwunder Knockout and in her case stripping is her job description since she worked as a stripper when she was not too busy dicktaming Superboy to be her own personal breeding stallion. And that's no joke.

They only could show her brawls with Superboy in the comicbooks but she was working hard on making Superboy her obedient boytoy during steamy weekend long fuck marathons that brought even the kryptonian endurance of his superdick to its limits. She first appeared in the post DEATH OF SUPERMAN Superboy series by Karl Kesel and Tom Grummett about which I have already written two posts but a third post - this time spotlighting the redheaded rack attack rogue - is already in the works .

The cover above is already a hint at our next candidate because I would also include Supergirl in the Power Girl movie with Cindy " Zuchtstute " Breuer. And originally I was writing that Batman would have to use a kryptonite condom so he doesn't break his dick against her superpussy and expose her to pink kryptonite dust - which is known to turn even the most innocent and chaste kryptonian female into a deepthroat addicted nymphomaniac - BUT that would be the Supergirl that was introduced in the SUPERMAN / BATMAN story by Jeph Loeb with Michael Turner art.

Which I am not particularly fond of. Instead I would use the post CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS Matrix Supergirl - who was dicktamed by Lex Luthor to be his own personal sex slave - because she is a shapeshifter ( which Lex Luthor used to live out all his most perverted sexual phantasies of slamfucking Wonder Woman and the other Justice League of America sexbombs ) and that way I can include any Busenwunder I want. Now the Matrix Supergirl is another case where the writer changed everything about her once she got her own series but in her case I think it worked .

And I'm not saying that because it was written by the late Peter David and I want to score brownie points but because she didn't have a lot of backstory to begin with and the changes gave her some much needed personality. By the way, since we are on the subject of Supergirl there is an upcoming SUPERGIRL movie which - according to the producers - is based on a new Supergirl series ( or at least new for me since I haven't read a lot of DC Comics even before they started gaying everything up ) but the fact that Lobo will be in the movie and he was supposed to be featured in the series tells me that whoever wrote that must have read issue four of the BRAVE AND THE BOLD run by Mark Waid and George Perez because that is the first time we saw the Supergirl Lobo team up.

If you have made it to this point congratulations but we still have two more DC Comics cockdrainers on the list the first of which comes from the fringes of the Bat - universe as Helena Bertinelli a.k.a. the Huntress is often at odds with Batman when it comes to dealing with criminals.

Since they often clash Huntress would use this opportunity to - sexually - punish Batman for all those times that he left her out of the loop of his operations while including everybody else, even the Stephanie Brown Batgirl who was the worst Batgirl ever. So the Huntress subjects Bruce Wayne to all kinds of kinky sex practices which border on the fatal to see how much damage she can inflict on him before breaking or at least do permanent damage to his dick. And I am not talking about Nightwing.

And for anybody who thinks that it does not make much sense to include a Batman related heroine like the Huntress in a casting for somebody who moves in Superman's circles I just want to remind my readers that back in the pre - CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS world of Earth 2 Huntress and Power Girl were more than just breast buddies, they were bosom buddies. With Power Girl bringing the bosom part more than Huntress.

Last but not least we have another candidate who owes her current popularity mostly to the Justice League cartoons with Hawkwoman - although she is called Hawkgirl and has a completely different backstory which I think is for the better because her and Hawkman's backstory in the comics is one of the most complicated in history - who is kind of a wild card but I just wanted to throw it in there to have one more open slot that could be filled by anybody. And looking at it objectively this may not be so much out of left field because in the JUSTICE SOCIETY OF AMERICA run by Geoff Johns Hawkwoman was already looking for a new life partner - as well as sex partner - to escape from the endless cycle of death and rebirth that she seemed destined for. That's one thing she has in common with Power Girl : both of them milked Hawkman's cock dry.

Now one of the arguments that movie studios have for f - word - ing up comicbook adaptions is that you have to change things because what works within the pages of a comicbook doesn't necessary work in a film.

And whether you believe that to be true or not having a living blow up sex doll like Cindy Breuer with her teutonic twin torpedoes who was absolutely made to portray Power Girl in an adult movie and who is a real pro at spreading her long legs for miles that go almost up to her chin ( as you can see in this behind the scenes video ) at our disposal gives us the opportunity to include some things that were not in the comicbooks. Like some of the more explicit encounters between the characters from the DC universe and the Marvel universe during the DC VS MARVEL crossover that were cut like Power Girl's encounter with Venom. I guarantee you that if this would have been one of the battles where the readers got to vote about the outcome Venom would have won by a landslide. Because as popular as Power Girl is with the male readers everybody would have voted for Venom to see him probe every orifice of Power Girl's kryptonian pornstar body with dozen of tentacles.

I know that Venom doesn't seem to be in the same power level ( no pun intended ) like Power Girl but if you tweak his powers a bit so that his body fluids have the same effect like super potent sex drugs you have Power Girl at a clear disadvantage and at Venom's mercy after being exposed to this. Especially if it weakens her to the point where she can't defend herself against his sexual assault and to add insult to injury his symbiont goes crazy on impregnating Power Girl and grows bigger and more tentacles with more special features to wear down her resistance.
